“Sharing and Learning Workshop” of UKaid-Shiree Funded Adapting Natural Resource Management to Climate Change & Increasing Salinity (ANRMCCIS) Project

January 12, 2012- Khulna, Bangladesh- Shushilan is pleased to invite you to attend at “Sharing & Learning Workshop” on 16-18th January, 2012.  This workshop steps out for organizational experience regarding innovative approaches for extreme poverty reduction that are resilient to climate change & increasing salinity.  

As a being partner of Ukaid-Shiree funded innovation round-1 program, Shushilan is currently implementing ANRMCCIS project at Jessore, Satkhira and Barguna districts to eradicate extreme poverty by 2012 through some untested climate resilient approaches. This project has already passed its 2 years among total period of 3 years. At this moment, Shushilan is arranging this avenue to share the findings, potentialities and drawbacks of these innovative loom portraying the changing climatic conditions and livelihood patterns of extreme poor households. So it will be a win-win basis idea sharing platform for different stakeholders who are working with economic empowerment & climate change issues in Bangladesh.
