International Women's Day: Accelerating Action for Women's Rights and Equality

On 8 March 2025, Shushilan celebrated International Women's Day to promote women's rights, equality, empowerment and development, emphasizing the theme "Rights, Equality, Empowerment, and Development of Women and Girls." At the Project Level, Shushilan collaborated the day with the government through rallies, meetings, and discussions. At the Head Office, the day was celebrated with both online and offline events, chaired by Shushilan's Chief Executive, with 267 staff members participation. These events and discussion focused on women's education, healthcare, economic opportunities, addressing violence against women and enhancing their participation in decision-making processes to build a more equitable society. Through these comprehensive efforts, Shushilan demonstrated its commitment to a future where women's rights are upheld and their potential fully realized.
